There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department.

About the team:We are the FX (Foreign Exchange) and Derivatives team within SEB’s Baltic Product Development and Technology department, shaping Savings and Investments across the Baltics. We deliver currency exchange and derivatives-related products and processes, as well as related regulatory frameworks and documentation.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with the Product Owner and team to develop secure, customer-friendly solutions
  • Translate business goals, regulatory needs, and customer feedback into clear development requirements and documentation (process descriptions/diagrams)
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with development teams and stakeholders
  • Support the full lifecycle from idea to rollout, including testing/user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and executios
  • Ensure stability and quality of existing services and compliance with area-specific regulations
  • Advise stakeholders and colleagues on products and processes within the team’s area

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:​

  • Working knowledge of investment products and related processes
  • Experience translating business needs into requirements and working closely with IT and stakeholders
  • Experience planning and performing testing/ user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Fluency in English, as you will work in a cross-Baltic, international team and collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania
  • Fluency in Lithuanian, mainly needed for local documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Ownership mindset, strong prioritization skills, and a hands-on approach

Nice to have

  • Experience in business analysis, product development, IT development, project management, or similar
  • Knowledge of derivatives / FX-related processes
  • Experience or education in legal or regulatory areas

\n€2,700 - €3,900 a month

(before tax deduction).

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
