About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting the financial administration and operational governance of Agency Channel. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of agency-related payments, effective expense management, budget monitoring, and monthly accrual reporting. This position plays a critical role in strengthening financial controls, improving payment efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the timely closure of agency expenses across the Agency Channel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end agency payment processes, including TPM creation, Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), invoice verification, and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and Agency operations to ensure timely processing and settlement of agency-related payments.
  • Manage monthly accrual processes and ensure agency expenses are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor agency-related expenses and costs against approved budgets and provide regular budget utilization updates.
  • Prepare and maintain expense tracking reports, accrual schedules, and other financial documentation to support management reporting and decision-making.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procurement, payment, and financial governance policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to agency expenses and operations.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requirements, and operational initiatives for the Agency Channel.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, budgeting, procurement administration, or payment processing.
  • Experience managing PR, PO, invoice verification, payment processing, and expense administration.
  • Good understanding of financial controls, expense management, and budgeting principles.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
