What we are looking for

We're looking for a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and help us build infrastructure that is reliable, scalable, and easy to evolve.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying close to thesoftware products and services and making technical decisions in a practical way. You'll work with various tech stack in a multi-cloud environments, helping the team deliver reliable systems, improve existing infrastructure and balance speed with long-term stability and maintainability.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
  • Writing automation in Python
  • Managing deployments with GitOps (FluxCD)
  • Provisioning infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible
  • Setting up and tuning monitoring/observability with Prometheus Operator, Grafana, and Victoria Metrics
  • Managing logs and analysis with ELK stack
  • Handling secrets properly with HashiCorp Vault and External Secrets Operator
  • Working across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments both public and private: Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, on-prem hybrid Orange Cloud
  • Supporting database reliability for MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Contributing to incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems — turning incidents into prevention, not repetition

What you need to have:

  • A solid Linux/Unix knowledge applied in engineering background for software products, systems and services
  • Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, Go, Java or Bash
  • Hands-on experience with cloud containers and Kubernetes environments
  • Good understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and automation principles
  • Experience with observability and monitoring ( metrics, logs, distributed tracing), good understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident management and reliability engineering
  • An automation-first mindset: manual, repetitive work should feel like a problem to solve with reliability as a "built-in" product.
