Opportunity

Join a fast-growing B2B vertical AI startup transforming productivity across the financial industry. Play a direct role in supporting our most important customers and shaping product decisions based on real client needs.

Role

You'll be the operational and support hub between our financial institution clients and product team. Day-to-day, you'll work on handling new client onboarding, diagnosing data issues, troubleshooting workflows, and ensuring their success post-launch. You'll also work closely with engineering to surface client feedback, identify bugs, and suggest product improvements based on what you learn in the field.

This is a fast-moving role where you'll wear multiple hats. You'll analyze complex financial datasets to solve client problems, document requirements and solutions clearly, and flag bottlenecks that slow delivery. You'll report to the support team lead and work cross-functionally with sales and engineering to unblock clients and improve our product.

Required Experience

A few years of hands-on experience analyzing complex financial data and navigating enterprise software. Background working with or supporting financial institutions (asset managers, banks, insurance companies, accountants) or previous exposure to financial workflows, accounting, or reporting systems.

Strong analytical thinking, ability to problem-solve independently, and comfort writing clear documentation. You should care about getting details right and explaining problems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

Background in financial data analysis, accounting, or investment management. Experience working on complex projects with tight requirements or multiple stakeholders. Startup or early-stage company experience is a plus.

Language Skill

This role requires native level Japanese and business level English.
