The impact you’ll make:
- Collaborate with senior designers across the full design process, from discovery through to final UI delivery.
- Deliver high quality interface designs that align with product strategy and user goals.
- Conduct or contribute to user research, competitive analysis and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Translate insights into design decisions that improve engagement, clarity and conversion.
- Monitor design effectiveness through performance metrics and user feedback.
- Present design work confidently, communicating rationale and impact to stakeholders.
- Support and mentor other designers, guiding them through design challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and define success.
- Contribute to cross-team critiques, sharing feedback constructively and elevating the work of peers.
- Push the boundaries of what's possible through experimentation and innovation in your interface design.
- Help foster an inclusive, curious and collaborative environment where great ideas can thrive.
Your track record:
- 5+ years’ experience in product design, with proven end-to-end ownership of design projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to take a problem from discovery through to delivery, including research, prototyping, testing and final UI.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Interest or knowledge in streaming, gaming, or emerging technologies such as AI.
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect design work to business and product outcomes.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.

- Interest or background in financial markets or prediction-style products
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adapting your approach when priorities shift
- Growth-minded, actively seeking feedback and looking for ways to build your leadership skills
