Salesforce Administrator - APEX experience

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer to support a contract engagement with an IT client of ours. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of a Salesforce-based Workforce solution, ensuring system stability, resolving technical issues, and supporting critical workforce operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including system navigation, form management, field-level security, and APEX development.

This is a hybrid position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, requiring two days per week onsite and three days per week remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance a Salesforce-based Workforce solution.

• Perform day-to-day Salesforce system administration and maintenance activities.

• Monitor and maintain system stability to support critical workforce operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the Salesforce platform.

• Manage Salesforce forms, including configuration, updates, and maintenance.

• Configure and maintain field-level security to ensure appropriate user access.

• Develop and maintain APEX solutions to support business requirements.

• Utilize Salesforce platform knowledge to support system functionality and end-user needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, configuring, updating, and maintaining Salesforce forms.

• Expereince configuring, updating, and maintaining field-level security and form validations.

• Experience with APEX development.

• Expereince managing profiles for users and service accounts.

• Ability to demonstrate strong SOQL skills, including query optimization for performance and handling cross-object queries.

• Possess excellent communication skills, including status reporting and requirements discovery with business stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and complete work in a timely manner.

• W2 Hourly rate starts at $60. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, and location, and are subject to change at any time.
