Our mission is clear -- we deliver IT to help P&G win with the over 5 billion consumers we serve worldwide. Our IT professionals are diverse business leaders who apply IT mastery to deliver game-changing, technology-driven business models and capabilities for our 65 iconic, trusted brands. From Day 1, you’ll be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use your initiative, and build solutions that help make everyday life better for consumers around the world.

Job Description

Join P&G’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) as a Senior DevOps Engineer and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable innovation. In this role, you will design and scale cutting-edge Azure-based data and analytics platforms that directly support the company’s environmental priorities and global impact goals.

You’ll work on high-visibility, high-impact solutions while helping drive a major transformation—building in-house engineering capabilities and advancing modern DevOps, data, and cloud practices at scale. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with purpose, contributing to initiatives that matter both to the business and the planet.

As a leader, you will guide a growing team, own delivery through Agile ways of working, and bring ideas to life through automation, innovation, and scalable engineering solutions. If you’re energized by solving complex challenges, leading teams, and making a meaningful impact, this role offers the platform to do all three.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate cloud-based solutions on Azure supporting data and analytics use cases
  • Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed
  • Lead Agile delivery, including backlog ownership and sprint execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supporting capability growth and delivery quality
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and scale solutions
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the platform

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Data Platform Engineering.
  • Previous experience working in a cloud environment such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps practices.
  • Using coding Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and leading Scrum ceremonies and using tools such as Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

We offer

  • P&G-sized projects and access to world leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1.
  • Wide range of self-development possibilities (training and certifications paths).
  • Competitive starting salary and benefits program (private health care, P&G stock, saving plans, sport cards).
  • Regular salary increases and possible promotions - in line with your results and performance.
  • Opportunity to change role every few years to be in the best place for you and best for P&G.

At Procter & Gamble we embrace a hybrid work model that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of in-office engagement. Employees can enjoy the option to work from home two days a week while also spending time in the office to foster teamwork and enhance communication.
