We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Consultant to contribute to large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives for global enterprises.

The role involves working across technology modernization, cloud adoption, digital engineering, data, AI, and enterprise applications, helping organizations solve complex business and technology challenges through scalable and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business, functional, and technology requirements.
• Contribute to large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Analyze existing technology environments and identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, and optimization.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to cloud adoption, digital engineering, data, AI, and enterprise application initiatives.
• Develop solution approaches, technical documentation, architecture inputs, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data, AI, application, and business teams to deliver transformation programs.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical and sustainable technology solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support application modernization, system integration, process optimization, and technology migration initiatives.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
• Ensure technology solutions follow established architecture, security, quality, and governance standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and delivery dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and implementation artifacts.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud platforms, AI, data engineering, and modern software development practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, reusable solutions, technical accelerators, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, software engineering, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and digital transformation environments.
• Experience working on technology modernization, cloud adoption, digital engineering, data, AI, or enterprise application initiatives.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
