Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and improve assigned Central Finance processes so they are efficient, repeatable, well controlled and clearly documented.
  • Work with Financial Systems and Finance teams to support testing, resolve recurring issues and implement practical process improvements.
  • Support recurring allocations, recharges, adjustments and other centrally managed Finance processes, ensuring outputs are reviewed, reconciled and communicated clearly.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, documentation and timely delivery.
  • Clear communicator who works well with stakeholders across Finance and Systems, follows through on actions and contributes positively to team ways of working.
