Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to spearhead the management and optimization of our software delivery infrastructure, with a specialized focus on JFrog Artifactory and end-to-end supply chain security. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the integration of developer portals and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust governance over software artifacts and deployment processes. This position is critical for maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and security of our technology ecosystem, bridging the gap between development operations and stringent compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage CI/CD workflows utilizing GitHub and GitHub Actions to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee JFrog Xray administration, including the definition and enforcement of security policies to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Lead the administration of JFrog Artifactory, ensuring optimal repository performance and artifact management.
  • Drive the integration of the Backstage developer portal to enhance developer experience and operational visibility.
  • Implement and maintain Chainguard solutions as a mandatory component of our container security strategy.
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform to ensure scalable and reproducible environments.
  • Champion software supply chain security best practices across all development and deployment stages.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
  • Artifact Management: Proven track record in JFrog Artifactory administration and JFrog Xray policy configuration.
  • Security Focus: Deep knowledge of software supply chain security principles and tools.
  • Developer Experience: Experience integrating and managing the Backstage developer portal.
  • Container Security: Mandatory proficiency with Chainguard for container image security.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Strong skills in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary range of ₹15-27 LPA based on qualifications and experience.
