Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) business processes. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work alongside senior administrators and stakeholders to support day-to-day Salesforce operations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to user support and ongoing system improvements.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration expertise with a solid understanding of the Lead-to-Quote lifecycle, including lead and opportunity management, account and contact management and downstream handoffs.This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions while continuously improving the user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Configure Salesforce functionality to support evolving business and sales processes.
  • Proactively identity and remedy data quality issues and resolve user and data-related problems. Help with data imports, exports, updates, and deduplication using tools like Data Loader.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, sandbox testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain documentation for Salesforce configuration, business processes, and administrative procedures.
  • Assist in testing new features, configurations, and integrations.
  • Configure flows and business rules that improve the speed and accuracy of the L2Q process.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while considering maintainability and platform best practices.
  • Work with senior admins and developers on system enhancements and small projects.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data management tools a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Salesforce automation tools like Flows.
  • AI/Agentforce experience - Hands-on experience deploying, governing, testing, or improving Salesforce AI/Agentforce use cases.
  • Experience supporting internal users or working in a help desk environment.
  • Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, APIs) is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with L2Q tooling such as Impartner, 6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Openprise, or similar systems.
