Description
Due to Greco Structures' continued growth and expansion, we are looking to add an experienced Concrete Project Manager to our Dallas team. In this role, you will manage structural and flatwork concrete projects for major commercial developments, including data centers, healthcare facilities, high-rise buildings, and other large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in concrete construction and a proven ability to successfully deliver projects while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

Essential Job Functions
- Manage structural and flatwork concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate project activities with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Review construction documents, specifications, and contract requirements
- Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, contracts, and performance
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed to maintain schedule and budget objectives
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and project quality standards
- Review and manage project financials, including billing, forecasting, and change orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Concrete Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing structural and flatwork concrete projects
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Experience working on large commercial projects such as data centers, healthcare facilities, high-rise buildings, or similar projects preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
