Salesforce Agentforce Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to drive the development and optimization of intelligent, conversational AI solutions within our IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce APIs, integrations, and security frameworks to build robust applications that adhere to strict governor limits. You will play a critical part in designing scalable systems using Apex and Lightning Web Components, ensuring seamless alignment with Agile methodologies. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of conversational AI, delivering high-impact solutions that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop custom solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components to support advanced conversational AI capabilities.
  • Design and implement secure data sharing models and API integrations while strictly adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality software features that meet evolving business requirements.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of conversational AI to create intuitive and responsive user interactions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Maintain code quality and system performance through rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization of integration workflows.
  • Ensure all developed solutions comply with industry-standard security protocols and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess 4-6 years of professional experience in software development, specifically within the IT Services domain.
  • Demonstrate proven proficiency in Salesforce APIs, integrations, and the Salesforce Security Sharing Model.
  • Have a solid understanding of Governor Limits and the ability to write efficient Apex code.
  • Show strong competence in developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Exhibit hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and a foundational grasp of Conversational AI principles.
  • Be well-versed in Agile Methodology and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Salary expectation is aligned with the market rate of ₹12 lpa.
