Senior Automation Engineer (JS + Salesforce)

We're looking for a forward-thinking Automation Engineer to help us build a fully modern, AI-driven test automation pipeline for our next-generation platform. You'll help define how we test everything - from core product functionalities to the behavior of the LLMs and agentic workflows.

In this role you’ll combine Salesforce ecosystem experience with modern software development practices, using AI coding agents, self-healing frameworks, and autonomous test-generation tools to speed up release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Help design and scale automation strategy: Frameworks, tooling, standards, and processes.
• AI tooling & infrastructure: Design evaluation systems for LLM-powered features and bring AI capabilities into the framework - QA agents, natural-language-to-test tools, LLM-assisted failure triage, etc.
• Salesforce automation: Build and scale automated test coverage for complex Salesforce multi-cloud deployments - Lightning Web Components, custom Apex triggers, and managed packages - and solve the automation challenges that come with them.
• FE coverage: Write automated tests across the stack, from backend APIs and AI agents to React frontends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test automation infrastructure.
• Experience testing or evaluating LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, or non-deterministic AI outputs.
• AI tooling competency - demonstrated experience or deep conceptual familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) or dedicated AI testing environments, used to generate, optimize, and maintain test infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, self-motivated and well organized.
• Solid hands-on understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce-specific automation challenges (shadow DOM, nested iframes, sandbox environments).
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Modern frameworks - Experience with Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or Cypress.
• API and integration testing - testing REST/SOAP APIs and SOQL queries using Postman, Playwright API, or custom code-based wrappers, plus validating third-party integrations.
• Ownership mindset - you take full responsibility for quality and drive initiatives from idea to production.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
