Who we are

Lab37 Robotics, is a technology company focused on the development and deployment of robots designed specifically for direct-to-customer food production. Our mission is to revolutionize the food industry by creating innovative robotic solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver cutting-edge products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

About the role

Own the product definition, strategy and roadmap for tools that support Lab37's deployed robots from commissioning through service. Turn field insights and fleet data into clear priorities and requirements. Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through rollout and iteration. Optimize for uptime and technician effectiveness.

What you’ll do

  • Own the fleet management product roadmap: define the fleet management product features, and prioritize needs using field research, fleet data, and business impact.
  • Define commissioning and configuration: ensure each robot has a trusted identity, approved configuration, and verifiable deployment history.
  • Create clear fleet visibility: help teams understand system health, performance, and emerging risk across sites.
  • Make maintenance proactive: use telemetry anomalies and fault patterns to trigger useful alerts and preventive service actions.
  • Improve service and repair: design the workflow from issue triage through verified return to service. Ensure technicians can access repair guidance and record completed work onsite or offline.
  • Define system integrations: ensure fleet tools exchange reliable asset and service data with ERP and related systems.
  • Lead delivery and rollout: write clear requirements, run field pilots, and use results to improve releases.
  • Drive cross-functional decisions and results: align the teams needed for each initiative and resolve trade-offs quickly. Define measurable outcomes, then use fleet availability and service performance to guide priorities.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience a plus.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years building B2B products for robotics, connected equipment, or field operations.
  • Proven track record turning ambiguous operational problems into shipped products with measurable results.
  • Experience using telemetry and service data to guide product decisions. Familiarity with fleet monitoring or predictive maintenance is a plus.
  • Systems thinking across connected devices, cloud software, and enterprise integrations. Experience with ERP or asset management systems is valuable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence technical and operational teams. Comfortable spending time with field users and designing mobile or offline technician workflows.
