Position Summary / Project Description
This role is part of the company's Innovation Capabilities Enablement (ICE) team, and it supports the national roll-out of medical imaging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for public healthcare.
The scope of work for the AI Analyst (BSS) requires supporting closely the operational deployment of mammography AI for the BreastScreen Singapore (BSS) programme, including the management of cluster stakeholders, monitoring AI operations, and performing data transcription of the AI results.
Roles and Responsibilities
This role oversees and coordinates mammography AI-related tasks at public hospitals under the BreastScreen Singapore (BSS) programme. He/she will work closely with the Synapxe AI-Enabled Medical Imaging Platform (AimSG) team on operationalising and operations support for the use of mammography AI.
Key roles:
1. Serve as AimSG programmes site coordinator at Breastscreen Singapore (BSS) Reading Centres (TTSH, SGH, NUH)
2. Provide first-line support for BSS users including Radiologists, Radiographers, Diagnostic Radiology Ops for any AimSG platform related and workflow matters, including serving as main point of contact for between users and AimSG programme and AI model vendors
3. Have adequate familiarity with AimSG, mammogram AI model and BSS workflows to conduct AI usage training for relevant BSS staff on site
4. Conduct basic monitoring and analysis of AI model performance, and work with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
4. Support Reading Centres BSS workflow including reporting, rostering matters, studies checking, and transcribing of AI results into BSS system
5. To be sited at one primary site, and serve as covering for other Reading Centres
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in any field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Any experience in IT, Healthcare, or HealthTech will be an advantage
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage variety of stakeholders ranging from clinicians, hospital operations personnel, to commercial vendors
3. Able to work independently, with ability to be autonomous but proactive in reaching out for support
