The P&C Business Analyst plays a critical role in the Process & Change team - a team responsible for assessing opportunities, defining requirements, and managing business impacts of system & process improvements that are aligned to transformational projects and the continuous improvement program.

 

The primary focus of this role will be both working on strategic projects as part of our P&C Digital Roadmap and the continuous improvement program, both exciting and key initiatives aligned to the overarching P&C strategy.

 

The role will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders across People & Culture, Digital/IT and other functional/business stakeholders.

 

 

About the role 

 

  • Facilitating stakeholder sessions with the aim to define and document business requirements and elicit business decisions to push initiatives forward.
  • Defining end to end system and process solutions to meet the business requirements, ensuring that solutions have team member experience at the forefront.
  • Documenting and updating new business processes.
  • Identifying business impacts with stakeholders for input into change plans. Working with business, P&C process/service owners and dedicated change resources to execute.
  • Assisting with business cutover/migration tasks.
  • Driving and managing other continuous improvement initiatives as required.

 

 

About you and your skills

 

  • Strong experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, supporting business stakeholders in a large/complex organisation.
  • Experience working with HR/People systems & processes. SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
  • Experience working within or with a HR/People Business Unit.
  • Demonstrated ability to take complex business problems and deliver pragmatic solutions, challenges the status-quo, align to business/project goals, and ensure a superior end-user experience.
