The Opportunity
TechSee is seeking a high-impact Salesforce Partner Enablement Engineer to own and drive technical mindshare, field enablement, and co-sell momentum within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a core focus on Service Cloud.
In this strategic, hands-on individual contributor role, you will act as the technical bridge between TechSee and Salesforce’s field teams: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Sales Overlays. Your primary mission is to build deep trust and technical credibility, train and equip Salesforce’s field teams to champion TechSee’s Visual AI technology, and ultimately influence co-sell pipeline creation and deal conversion across target Salesforce accounts.
This is a specialized technical enablement position designed for someone who knows the Salesforce ecosystem from the inside and excels at technical influence, enablement, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute technical enablement programs for Salesforce Service Cloud Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Sales Overlays, so they can confidently articulate and demo TechSee’s value proposition.
- Build strong, peer-to-peer technical credibility across target Salesforce regional hubs, becoming the go-to expert for TechSee integration and architecture questions.
- Work alongside Salesforce field teams during active deal cycles on architecture validation, technical positioning, and demo prep, to accelerate pipeline velocity and conversion.
- Develop demo environments, technical cheat sheets, custom use-case scenarios, and reusable collateral optimized for Salesforce technical teams.
- Serve as the voice of the Salesforce partner ecosystem to TechSee’s Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams, to continuously refine integrations and platform capabilities.
- Proactively network within Salesforce regional hubs to drive mindshare, identify technical champions, and embed TechSee into standard Service Cloud demo flows.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, Partner/Enablement Engineer, or Technical Alliance Specialist within the Salesforce ecosystem, at Salesforce, an ISV partner, or a consulting partner.
- Deep, hands-on technical expertise in Service Cloud, including its architecture, workflow integration, and enterprise deployment patterns.
- Deep understanding of how Salesforce technical field teams (Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Sales Overlays) operate, demo, and engage with enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to train and influence senior technical audiences (Engineers, Architects, Consultants) and build peer-to-peer technical trust.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS deal cycles, pipeline mechanics, and joint solution validation, without carrying a direct sales quota.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate matrixed partner ecosystems and champion joint solutions.
- Based in one of our target regions: NY, NJ, NC, MD, FL, or Boston, MA.
