  • Identify, manage, and actively coordinate cross-team and cross-business dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proactively remove delivery impediments, manage risks and issues, and escalate matters through appropriate governance forums when required.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of delivery best practices, tooling, automation, and coaching of team members in Agile ways of working.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Experience within financial services, capital markets, trading, clearing, settlement, or exchange environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar delivery leadership role within large-scale technology or transformation programs.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and interdependent workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing delivery governance, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and project reporting.
  • Experience working within regulated industries or complex enterprise environments, with the ability to navigate governance and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

  • Professional certification in Agile, Scrum, Project Management, or related disciplines (e.g. SAFe, PSM, CSM, PRINCE2, PMP)
