About the job:

Reporting to the HSSE Assurance Director, you will provide technical and administrative support to the Corporate HSSE

function while contributing to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HSSE digital systems,

reporting tools, and data analytics.

The role supports effective HSSE performance monitoring, reporting, communications, and assurance across the

organisation by combining structured HSSE administration with practical digital solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data visualisations for HSSE performance reporting.
  • Development, deployment, and maintenance of HSSE digital tools and systems, including Power Platform

applications.

  • Providing first-line support to users of HSSE digital systems and escalating technical issues as required.

Monitoring the close-out of HSSE corrective actions, highlighting overdue actions and reporting any

shortfalls.

  • Development and deployment of HSSE training materials, including interactive SCORM-based content.
  • Coordinating HSSE communications and the distribution of HSSE information across the organisation.
  • Developing, formatting, and maintaining HSSE procedures, plans, presentations, campaigns, posters, and

bulletins in line with company branding.

  • Establishing and maintaining effective HSSE records management processes and logical file structures to

ensure immediate document retrieval.

  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve digital tools HSSE through standardisation and digitalisation.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: Qualification/ Certification:

Postgraduate certificate or diploma in:

  • Data Analytics / Data Science / Computer Science
  • Digital Transformation
  • Learning Technologies / Instructional Design
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (Optional)

Communication:

  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English.

Behavior/ Core Competencies:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Analytics Digital Transformation Learning Technologies /

Instructional Design.

  • Experience supporting or developing digital tools or systems to improve HSSE reporting, communication, or

assurance activities.

  • Experience developing HSSE performance reports, dashboards, or trend analyses.
  • Experience supporting the development or deployment of HSSE training materials, including interactive or

SCORM- based content, is desirable.

Skills Requirement:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data quality, document control, and reporting accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Outlook, and

SharePoint.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Practical experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience supporting digital reporting or management systems.
  • Understanding of HSSE performance metrics, incident classification, and trend analysis.
  • Ability to analyse data and present information clearly to support assurance and management decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and digital optimisation of HSSE processes.
