Senior Product Manager | HR Tech, LMS & Talent Platforms | Hybrid, Princeton, NJ | Open to US-based candidates only

Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite) Full-Time, Exempt

We're building an AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform that helps organizations understand the skills their people have, the skills the business needs, and how to close the gap. The product is already in use by enterprise customers, and we're growing quickly.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy for a significant area of the platform, turn vision into the specs and prototypes engineering builds from, and help develop the product managers around them. A background in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms is a strong plus. This role requires some overlap with our India-based team, typically in Eastern Time mornings.

What you'll do

  • Own product strategy and the roadmap for a significant product area, turning customer feedback and business priorities into clear requirements and feature briefs
  • Partner with engineering leads on scope, tradeoffs, and delivery, and work with engineers daily to resolve ambiguity
  • Build working prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before engineering commits
  • Define the prompts and evaluation criteria that show whether an AI feature is working
  • Lead customer and user conversations and turn what you learn into prioritized product decisions
  • Mentor and develop product managers and associate product managers, and help shape how the product team works
  • Keep product documentation current as priorities shift

What you bring

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area end to end, ideally at an HR tech, LMS, or talent platform company
  • Proven experience launching products or major features and measuring their results
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and turning them into prioritized, actionable plans
  • A structured, data-informed approach to product decisions
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools as a core part of how you think, write, and build
  • Comfort with fast-moving priorities and a high level of ownership
  • Authorization to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $140,000 to $180,000. Final compensation depends on experience and skill alignment.
  • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off and holidays.

If you want to shape product strategy for an AI-native talent platform and help grow the team that builds it, we'd like to hear from you.
