Join Global Marketing Communications (GMC), where we drive the execution of marketing communications across Planetary Health Industries, spanning Household Care, Oils & Fats, Bioprocessing, Bioenergy, Plant, and Animal.

 

Our team translates business strategy into omnichannel campaigns, content, and activation programs that create measurable impact throughout the customer journey. We are a diverse team of more than 20 colleagues across six locations, united by a shared passion for marketing communications and a strong belief in the value we create for customers and the business. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping bring our solutions to market faster and articulating the value of biosolutions to our customers.

 

The role & your impact

As Project Manager, you will drive the successful execution of global marketing communication initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on execution, optimization, and operational excellence, while also contributing to innovation and AI enablement across marketing communications activities.

 

Your key responsibilities in this role

  • Plan, drive, and execute marketing communication projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Continuously improve workflows and identify opportunities for automation and greater operational efficiency.
  • Track project metrics, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery and business alignment.
  • Partner with digital analysts and specialists to evaluate campaign performance and commercial impact.
  • Support initiatives that improve scalability, operational excellence, and AI adoption across marketing communications processes.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and help translate concepts into effective execution.

 

What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Approximately 5-8 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing operations, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional campaigns in a global environment.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience driving projects from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Solid understanding of data-driven decision making and marketing performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, analytics platforms, Adobe tools, and agile ways of working.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A proactive, pragmatic approach to problem solving and removing roadblocks.
  • High attention to detail combined with an agile mindset.
  • A continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, optimization, and business impact.

 

 

Additional skills & interests we value

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly valued:

  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies used in marketing, content creation, or process automation.
  • Vendor and agency management experience.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries.
  • Understanding of Planetary Health Industries and the role marketing communications plays in achieving business objectives.
  • Passion for driving innovation within marketing operations and communication delivery models.
  • Resource Management & Allocation: Assess team capabilities and capacity to effectively align the right talent and resources to projects and priorities.
  • Strong marketing communication instincts and a consistent approach to messaging and brand execution.

Compensation & Benefits

 

Expected pay range: $83,770-$119,671
