Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead technically complex platform, access, licensing, delivery, or customer experience initiatives. This role bridges product strategy and engineering execution, ensuring that technical systems support scalable, customer-focused outcomes across the business. We are willing to consider senior level candidates for this role.
What You'll Do
- Define product direction for technical platforms, services, or internal/customer-facing systems.
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear roadmaps and priorities.
- Build consensus across engineering, product, design, customer support, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions across teams.
- Use metrics, customer feedback, and operational insight to improve platform performance and customer experience.
- Support integration of capabilities across the business.
- Create decision frameworks that help teams move quickly while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
What You Bring
- Technical product management experience with platforms, services, commerce, access/licensing, developer tooling, web systems, or complex software products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders.
- Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience prioritizing roadmap work across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.
- Customer-first mindset with practical commercial judgment.
- Ability to drive clarity, alignment, and execution without unnecessary process overhead.
