  • Adapt existing Gaven products and solutions to meet unique customer needs while maintaining compliance with technical, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
  • Support Production during initial and ongoing builds by resolving design-related issues and incorporating manufacturing feedback and lessons learned into product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standardized product configurations, design rules, drawing standards, and templates to improve consistency and streamline future Sales, Engineering, and Production activities.
  • Maintain configuration control and coordinate engineering changes, including impacts to drawings, BOMs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and existing product configurations.
  • Participate in pre-sales design reviews and Stage Gate processes, providing input on technical feasibility, producibility, manufacturing readiness, cost, quality, and product alignment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing teams.
