- Build or review SQL queries, ETL jobs, scripts, APIs, and automated migration processes.
- Perform data profiling to identify missing, duplicate, invalid, inconsistent, or incomplete records.
- Develop transformation logic between source-system data structures and Salesforce objects.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce data-load failures, lookup dependencies, relationships, validation rules, automation conflicts, and API issues.
ETL & Data Integration
- Design and implement enterprise ETL/ELT solutions supporting Salesforce migration.
- Develop extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple source systems.
- Create reusable and repeatable ETL frameworks for large-scale migration activities.
- Implement data cleansing, normalization, enrichment, validation, and exception handling.
- Support incremental loads, delta migrations, full loads, and production cutover loads.
- Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, restartability, and reconciliation within ETL processes.
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and high-volume data processing.
- The Technical Lead should understand when to use each migration approach based on data volume, performance, security, automation, and operational requirements.
Legacy Systems Migration

- Understand tables, relationships, keys, constraints, and historical structures.
- Develop complex SQL queries for extraction, profiling, reconciliation, and validation.
