What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead domestic and international Fluid Fill and End-of-Line projects from pre-launch through final project closure.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and effective project execution.
  • Establish and manage project budgets in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and leadership, driving projects to achieve or exceed planned profitability.
  • Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and issues affecting scope, cost, schedule, or financial performance, developing corrective action and recovery plans as needed.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments are achieved.
  • Monitor purchasing activities and the on-time delivery of materials, equipment, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Lead project and milestone review meetings, communicate project status, document decisions, and drive completion of action items.
  • Coordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineering teams to ensure successful technical execution.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while supporting site activities and other project requirements as needed.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced project leader who combines strong business and customer management skills with an understanding of complex industrial equipment and automation.

Ideal qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, or a related environment.
  • 2–4 years of experience working with industrial/manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or related manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with machinery design, pneumatics, hydraulics, tooling, and machining.
  • Experience working with manufacturing contracts; site management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, contractual documents, and technical instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles as they relate to project performance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, engineering teams, and leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience working within an ERP/MRP environment; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%, including international travel.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. Person requirements for the position.
