Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Business Analyst 3 (Senior) that is responsible for serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders by providing advanced consultation on business performance and operational processes within one or more divisions. This role drives innovation and continuous improvement by translating complex and ambiguous business needs into scalable process designs, reporting solutions, data‑driven recommendations, actionable insights, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a subject‑matter expert in assigned divisional processes, providing operational support, influencing key decisions, and shaping reporting standards and best practices across the organization.
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and situational adaptability while exercising sound judgment in complex tradeoffs.
  • Communicates insights through highly effective executive‑level presentations and written narratives
  • Ensures data integrity
  • Mentors and coaches junior analysts to elevate analytical capability and consistency.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum five years of experience in business analysis, analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or process improvement
  • Proficient knowledge and recognized expertise in the applicable area, including resolving complex issues

Preferred

  • Experience with PowerBI, Excel, R/Python/SQL, preferred
  • Experience managing, coaching, mentoring direct reports, preferred
