Senior IT Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior IT Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Process Improvement, and IT Project Delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, technical resources, and leadership to identify business needs, gather requirements, improve business processes, support technology initiatives, and drive successful adoption of new systems and processes.

The role is approximately 60% Business Analysis and 40% Change Management, depending on project requirements.

Requirements

Business Analysis & Project Delivery

• Lead and support projects from initiation through implementation.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and business needs assessments.

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.

• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, use cases, and project documentation.

• Review existing business processes and recommend improvements.

• Support the development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business applications.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities.

• Support implementation and post-deployment activities.

• Assist with identifying project risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies.

Organizational Change Management

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.

• Develop communication, engagement, training, and resistance-management plans.

• Work with business leaders to build awareness, commitment, and support for organizational changes.

• Assess organizational readiness and recommend actions to improve adoption.

• Support leaders in managing resistance and reinforcing desired behaviors.

• Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency of implemented solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change-related discussions.

Process Improvement & Operational Support

• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.

• Support continuous improvement and operational initiatives.

• Provide recommendations to leadership and decision-makers.

• Develop and present options, recommendations, and implementation approaches.

• Support business and operational planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, or related areas.

• IIBA Certified Business Analyst or equivalent certification.

• Change Management certification, such as:• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner

• ACMP

• CMI

• APMG Change Management Practitioner
