Visual Designer (Designer Creative)

Turn ideas into visuals seen across the globe. onsemi is looking for a Visual Designer to join our Global Brand & Creative Design team. If you enjoy taking a strong creative idea and bringing it to life across digital, print, presentations, events, campaigns and video, this could be a great next step for you.You’ll work with creative teams across North America, EMEA and APAC, producing polished visual experiences for a global technology brand. From Adobe Creative Cloud and motion design to AI-enabled creative tools, you’ll have opportunities to work across different formats, develop your skills and explore new ways of creating.

What you’ll work on:

• Create and adapt visual content for digital, print, social media – paid adds, events, presentations and campaigns

• Turn creative concepts into assets used across different countries, channels and formats

• Create and edit video and motion content

• Prepare production-ready artwork for digital, print and external partners

• Help bring the onsemi brand to life while keeping designs consistent and polished

• Create templates and reusable assets that make design faster and more consistent

• Explore AI-enabled creative tools and new ways to improve creative workflows

• Get involved in event, environmental and 3D design projects

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design

• A portfolio showing typography, layout, composition and great visual execution

• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Strong

• Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects

• Understanding of print and digital production

• Great attention to detail

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

• Good English and confidence working with international teams

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new creative tools and technologies
