Project Manager, SeniorThe Opportunity:  

As a project manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a seasoned project manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

As a leader on our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our Navy clients. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning and regular interactions with senior defense and military officials.

You Have: 

  • 15+ years of experience with program or project management 
  • 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations
  • Experience with U.S. Navy logistics processes and supporting IT systems
  • Experience with IT program or project management
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle, including Agile, DevSecOps, and Agile program or project management
  • Experience as a people leader or manager
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and government personnel, including across cross-functional teams 
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience supporting Navy enterprise business systems, logistics modernization, or digital transformation
  • Experience leading large or geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience with program-management tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading conflict resolution
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
