Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical understanding of all ongoing projects and clearly explain the architecture, status, and risks of each project to client managers and stakeholders.
- Guide the team on technical issues, solutioning, design and code reviews, and best practices across .NET, C#, and the database.
- Assign work, plan sprints, and track project progress, deadlines, and quality using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Manage multiple teams, legacy applications, and products, balancing priorities and resources across them.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and ensure knowledge sharing and cross-training.
- Communicate clearly with US-based teams and clients, lead calls and meetings, and manage expectations and escalations.
- Plan and coordinate releases with QA and DevOps, and support production issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Identify risks early, drive process improvements, and recommend modernization of legacy systems.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET/Web API, and SQL Server (or similar RDBMS).
- Proven experience managing multiple teams, products, and legacy applications simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC/Agile practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with US or global clients.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in the US shift
- Should be technically sound and capable of understanding and guiding the team on technical matters.
- Should be able to manage associates effectively, drive the team, and provide the necessary technical guidance and support.
- Responsible for providing regular updates and reporting to onsite leads.
- Required to interact regularly with multiple leadership stakeholders across onsite departments.
