You'll also serve as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for a portfolio of key partners, owning those relationships end-to-end and proactively guiding them toward successful, scalable integrations.

This is a hybrid role that blends technical depth with meaningful account ownership. It's ideal for someone who is a fast learner and enjoys solving hard technical problems while being the trusted technical partner that customers rely on.

- Providing support directly to developers using the Amazon Advertising API - Writing code samples, tutorials, and technical articles for the developer community - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive timely customer communication during critical events - Contributing to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles - Owning the technical relationship for a portfolio of key API partners, serving as their primary point of contact - Proactively monitoring partner health, anticipating risks, and driving resolution before issues escalate - Building trusted, long-term relationships and representing the voice of the customer internally

Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of software development, or 3+ years of technical support experience - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Experience working with REST API based services - Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl) - Experience with data analysis and SQL

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with web-based applications and HTTP - Experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles - Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP) - Experience working with AWS Services
