Full description

We are seeking an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to coordinate client projects, account management, and creative production, ensuring work is delivered on time, within available resources, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

* Oversee active client accounts, projects, campaigns, and deliverables.* Establish timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and project priorities.* Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays and risks.* Coordinate workflow between Account Management and Creative teams.* Ensure briefs, assets, feedback, revisions, and approvals are properly managed.* Monitor team workload, capacity, and resource requirements.* Establish quality checkpoints and reduce errors, missed deadlines, and rework.* Develop and maintain project workflows, SOPs, templates, and trackers.

Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* 3–5 years’ relevant experience in project management, agency delivery, account/project coordination, digital marketing, or a similar environment.* Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.* Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
