Full description

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in Business- und Customer-Intelligence sowie im Umgang mit BSI.CX und allenfalls weiteren Daten-Systemen
  • idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Thema «Customer / User behavior» und Predictive Analytics sowie Kenntnisse von Finnova von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Marketing-KPIs, Customer Journeys und Kampagnenlogiken
  • erste Erfahrung in interdisziplinären, virtuellen Teams sowie in Datenvisualisierung und Storytelling
  • analytisches Denkvermögen mit klarem Fokus auf Business-Impact und datengetriebenem Mindset
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
