Job description:

Role Summary: Support MDM operations and data management initiatives by performing data analysis, developing and maintaining SQL/Python-based ETL pipelines, executing data quality validations, and collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant master data.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Must-Have Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, processes, and data governance.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and ETL pipeline development.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data quality checks, and data validation activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Pharma/Life Sciences master data domains (Customer, Product, HCP, HCO, etc.).
  • Experience with ETL tools, data migration projects, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
