Full description

Zurich Instruments is a technology leader in advanced test and measurement instruments and control electronics for quantum computing. Our products power groundbreaking research and next-generation quantum computers for scientists and high-tech companies worldwide. Behind that technology sits the IT and business systems that keep R&D, manufacturing, and logistics running — and that's where you come in.

If you want to see how smart process design, data, and tooling solve real operational challenges, join our IT team for a full-time internship (6 months, flexible start between November 2026 and January 2027). We're looking for students in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

We currently have three project tracks open — tell us which one excites you most:

Access Governance — Map out who has access to what across our ERP system, design a role-based access model, and help build a lasting process for granting and reviewing user rights.

Production Planning — Get hands-on with how we plan manufacturing — work centers, routings, BOMs — and help evaluate the right planning tool setup to keep production on schedule.

Shipping Automation — Map our shipping process, evaluate integration options, and help roll out automation that saves our logistics and business fulfillment teams hours of manual work.

Now is a great time to join the team.

We look forward to receiving your resume and motivation letter.
