We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, based in Highfields, Toowoomba QLD.
Reporting to the QLD Construction Manager, you’ll manage the delivery of land lease community developments from planning through to completion. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality, customer and compliance standards.
Working predominantly on site, you’ll manage contractors, budgets, programmes, contracts and project risks while partnering closely with our Development, Sales and Operations teams. You’ll also manage and support a Home Delivery Coordinator, coordinating the successful handover of new homes and project stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from procurement and tendering through to construction, handover and defects resolution.
- Oversee budgets, programmes, contracts, claims, invoices, risks, quality and project reporting.
- Champion site safety and ensure compliance with WHS, statutory and Ingenia requirements.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate project handovers, support feasibility activities and lead continuous improvement across project delivery.
About You
- Experience planning and delivering residential, civil, commercial or land development projects in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of project programming, tendering, costing, contract administration, quality control and defects management.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and communicate clearly with customers and diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant construction, project management or trade qualifications are desirable, along with proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
- An organised, safety-focused and adaptable problem solver who takes ownership and delivers high-quality outcomes.
