YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT

As part of the Development Environment Platform team, you will help ensure the successful internal delivery of the various versions of GIRO products:

  • You will identify the root causes of build failures and develop resilient, sustainable solutions.
  • You will provide our internal clients (Development and Project teams) with clear daily updates on the status of the various versions.

You will improve processes by:

  • Acting as an ambassador for best practices among internal clients
  • Collaborating with the team responsible for the application platform to continuously improve build and validation tools
  • Identifying and resolving logistical and hardware issues, particularly those related to workload distribution across the hardware fleet.

You will actively contribute to improvements and development by:

  • Implementing new pipelines of all types
  • Collaborating with various teams (Security, Legal and IT) on a wide range of projects

THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field;
  • 10 years of experience as a software developer
  • Understanding and practical application of industry DevOps best practices
  • Experience improving and debugging application builds in C++/C# across multiple versions
  • Strong knowledge of Git repository and branch management
  • Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, PowerShell and package managers
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Windows Server and SQL environments
  • Strong understanding of typical developer workflows
  • Knowledge of observability and diagnostic tools (Dynatrace or equivalent)
  • You demonstrate the leadership and initiative needed to successfully carry out the assignments entrusted to you
  • You are methodical, efficient and self-directed when solving complex problems and managing competing priorities.
  • Continuous improvement is central to your daily work, and you are constantly seeking innovative solutions.
  • You excel at communicating clear and accurate information to a broad audience.
