Product Designer, LHH CTM
We are looking for a curious, customer-obsessed Product Designer to help shape and validate innovative products, services, and experiences for students, graduates, and early-career professionals. This is not a traditional design role. We are seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, uncovers unmet customer needs, and transforms insights into compelling product opportunities that create meaningful value for both customers and the business.
This role is part of LHH's central Product Design team. The initial focus is on innovation projects for students, graduates and early-career professionals, with work across our design system, research and other product initiatives over time.
As a Product Designer, you will take new product concepts from discovery through prototype, pilot and validation, working closely with the product lead and with engineering, marketing and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You will combine strong design craft with an experimental mindset, using research, prototyping and data to test assumptions and show what works, what doesn't, and why. Comfortable synthesizing complex inputs into practical design solutions, you will keep the design work connected across workstreams so concepts move smoothly from idea to execution.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, skilled in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and experience design, with a passion for testing assumptions and learning quickly. You leverage AI and emerging technologies to accelerate research, concept development, and experimentation, and you are energized by the opportunity to create innovative solutions that help the next generation navigate their education, career, and professional growth journeys.

In this role you can expect to:
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the design of new product concepts from discovery through to prototype, pilot and validation.
- Own the end-to-end user experience across products, services and customer journeys within innovation initiatives.
- Conduct user and market research to uncover unmet needs and translate insights into product opportunities.
- Synthesize messy inputs - research, pilot data, user feedback, market signals - into a clear point of view on what's driving value and a concrete recommendation on what to do next.
- Create prototypes and run experiments to test assumptions, validate concepts and accelerate learning.
- Partner with product, engineering and business stakeholders to develop solutions that are desirable, viable and feasible.
- Connect the moving parts across research, design, marketing, engineering and program delivery - holding the threads together day to day so nothing falls through the cracks as a concept moves from pilot to build.
- Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to measure success, inform decisions and guide iteration.
- Initially focus on shaping and testing new propositions for students, graduates and early-career professionals.
How you work:
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning uncertainty into clear next steps.
- Naturally curious, with a passion for learning, experimenting, and challenging conventional thinking.
- Evidence-driven, balancing intuition with research, testing, and measurable outcomes.
- Highly collaborative and skilled at influencing and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing for B2C audiences, particularly students, graduates, or early-career professionals
- Strong understanding of Gen Z behaviors, motivations, and digital expectations
- Experience working in startup, scale-up, or innovation-led teams
- Passion for emerging technologies, AI-driven experiences, and rapid experimentation
All About You
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables/tokens, and interactive prototyping. Experience contributing to and evolving scalable design systems.
- Strong experience designing user flows, information architecture, and end-to-end customer journeys, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offs.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Claude, Cursor) to rapidly bring concepts to life and validate ideas with users.
- Practical user research expertise, including planning and conducting usability testing, user interviews, and leveraging analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing insights to drive product decisions.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers, providing clear developer handoffs and supporting designs through implementation.
- Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines, with a commitment to creating inclusive user experiences.
- Experience designing AI-enabled product experiences, such as conversational interfaces, recommendation engines, copilots, or other intelligent and assistive workflows.
- A strong portfolio showcasing shipped products, validated prototypes, or measurable business and and user outcomes, with clear evidence of problem-solving and design impact.
What we offer
- Growth opportunities within a human resources global leader
- We prioritize learning to stay agile in an increasingly competitive business environment.
- We foster an open-minded environment where people spark new ideas and explore alternatives.
- Compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience and other compensatory factors.
