We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Guidewire to drive PolicyCenter development initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping solutions, capturing requirements, and supporting ongoing platform enhancements. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and change initiatives.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage business analysis activities across PolicyCenter development changes
  • Capture, define, and document business and functional requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison with SMEs and stakeholders to define solutions for developers
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements aligned with Guidewire capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across BA practices and delivery processes
  • Establish and embed effective ways of working across teams
  • Influence stakeholders and contribute to strategic change and transformation initiatives

 

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience as a Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst
  • Proven ability to mentor junior/mid-level analysts
  • Experience in PolicyCenter development/enhancement projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments
  • Ability to influence change and drive improvements across teams
