About the Role

Reporting to the Sales and Applications Engineering Lead, you’ll help customers find the right refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and accessories by bringing together technical knowledge, practical advice and a strong service mindset.

You’ll provide technical support, equipment selections and quotations for both internal and external customers. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll support customers across the state, deliver technical presentations and training, stay close to emerging trends and new supplier products, and visit project sites when customers need hands-on field support.

About you

We’re looking for a technically minded refrigeration specialist, or a Diploma or Degree-qualified Engineer with refrigeration industry experience, who brings curiosity, practical know-how and a customer-first approach.

  • Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with at least two years’ post apprenticeship experience
  • Someone who is able to identify, nurture and grow new and existing customer relationships
  • Confidence providing heat load calculations, equipment selections and quotations
  • Have a current driver’s license and comfortable with some travel in the role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
