Job Duties: Work with the Engineering Productivity team managing the build system, CI & CD pipelines, software installers, cloud environments. Play a key role in the software development process focused on shaping the future of digital surgery and expanding its robotics and digital solutions offerings across the entire portfolio, with multi-specialty, end-to-end solutions in orthopedics, endoluminal intervention and general surgery. Involved in building a platform technology capable of expanding the applicability of robotics to a spectrum of medical procedures. Support the software development lifecycle through CI/CD pipeline development. Advance and improve build and general support infrastructure. Develop provisioning and deployment strategies. Support AWS cloud infrastructure. Work with engineering teams to support their business requirements.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer DevOps-related occupation.
Position requires experience with:
1. CI/CD pipeline support and development using Jenkins;
2. Cloud and containerization technologies;
3. Python and Bash;
4. Code repository management, code merge, and code quality checks; 5. Linux and Windows; and
6. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
