About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role:
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead Platform Experience within Nebius AI Cloud. Platform Experience is the unified customer and developer experience across the platform. The group is responsible for reducing time-to-first-value, creating a predictable path from PoC to production, and ensuring that Nebius feels like one consistent platform across APIs, developer tools, documentation, AI assistance, notifications, quotas, and the resource model. You will lead a team of Product Managers, set the direction across several connected product areas, and align their roadmaps around shared customer and business outcomes. You will work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, GTM, and product teams across Nebius.
Your responsibilities will include
- Define the vision, product strategy, success metrics, and investment priorities for Platform Experience.
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, establishing clear ownership and strong product practices across the group.
- Create a consistent, API-first and agentic-first developer experience across CLI, Terraform, SDKs, public APIs, documentation, and Nebius Echo.
- Reduce time-to-first-value and make the path from PoC to production predictable through clear end-to-end journeys, actionable errors, and effective guidance.
- Lead the evolution of capacity and quota management and the resource model required for enterprise, partner, multi-region, and multi-tenant use cases.
- Build a unified approach to customer-facing notifications and communications, including maintenance, incidents, and multi-product events.
We expect you to have
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading and developing Product Managers.
- Experience owning a portfolio or product group spanning multiple technically complex products and teams.
- A strong background in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise SaaS, or another technical B2B domain.
- Enough technical depth to work with engineering leaders on APIs, developer tooling, resource models, multi-tenancy, and distributed platform systems.
- Strong product strategy, customer discovery, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills.
It will be an added bonus if you have
- Experience with public APIs, infrastructure-as-code tools, developer documentation, or AI-assisted developer experiences.
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, or capacity-constrained cloud products.
Benefits & Perks:
- Competitive compensation
- Career growth and learning opportunities
- Flexibility and ownership
- Collaborative and innovative culture
- Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
- International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
