The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset & Wealth Management leader with 8-12 years of experience, including significant expertise in Eagle platform implementations, enterprise data management, investment operations, and analytics. Responsible for leading Eagle transformation and implementation programs, driving data strategy and governance initiatives, and managing stakeholder relationships to deliver robust investment data and reporting solutions

Relevant Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Eagle PACE.
  • Minimum 8+ years in Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Accounting, Reference Data Management, or Investment Operations.
  • Proven experience leading Eagle implementation, support, migration, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing client engagements, project delivery, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience mentoring teams and providing solution leadership across Eagle and data management platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Eagle Platform Expertise
  • Strong hands-on experience working with Eagle investment data management and data warehousing solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of Eagle data architecture, data models, reference data management, and investment data lifecycle.
  • Experience managing and supporting Security Master, Holdings, Transactions, Pricing, Benchmarks, Performance, and Corporate Actions data.
  • Strong understanding of data sourcing, ingestion, transformation, validation, enrichment, and distribution processes.
  • Experience performing investment data reconciliation, exception analysis, and root cause investigation.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large investment datasets.
  • Understanding of investment accounting concepts, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and downstream reporting processes.
  • Exposure to Eagle accounting and reporting capabilities is desirable

Data Analysis & Reconciliation

  • Perform large-scale data analysis using SQL and analytical tools.
  • Reconcile positions, transactions, accruals, cash balances, and valuations between Eagle and upstream/downstream systems.
  • Conduct source-to-target mapping analysis and data lineage reviews.
  • Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Business Analysis

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Accounting, Performance, and Technology teams.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with business users, portfolio accounting teams, custodians, and technology teams.
  • Participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, and issue resolution forums.
  • Support SLA-driven delivery and production support activities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Automate recurring reconciliation and validation processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to knowledge management and best practices repositories.

  • Lead executive-level stakeholder and client discussions.

Manager Skill Requirements

  • 8+ years of Asset Management experience.
  • 5+ years of Eagle platform experience.
  • Proven experience managing teams and client engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Eagle architecture, investment operations, and enterprise data management.
