Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workday Technical Business Analyst to join our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving localized business requirements gathering, process standardization, and multi-country alignment to ensure a successful Workday implementation across eight target Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) countries: Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You will serve as the primary link between Human Resources and Recruiting stakeholders and the technical configuration team, translating complex regional hiring practices into optimized, scalable Workday Business Processes and managing secondary talent platform integration requirements.
Our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team is a collaborative, globally distributed group dedicated to optimizing technology, streamlining workflows, and delivering seamless hiring and onboarding experiences enterprise-wide.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Regional Process Standardization and Workday Implementation: Map and translate legacy recruiting lifecycles into standardized Workday Business Processes across eight target MENAT countries, integrating local vetting workflows, regional electronic signature logic, and critical onboarding data hand-offs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Across Centers of Excellence: Partner closely with Benefits, Payroll, Vendors, and Information Technology teams to gather business requirements, define functional specifications, ensure data integrity, and establish automated system triggers across the enterprise.
- Ensure Compliance and System Governance: Analyze country-specific regulatory criteria, licensing requirements, and statutory obligations across target regions to design fully compliant workflow triggers and robust process documentation.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a large, tech-driven global organization, with a strong background in stakeholder management across multi-country teams.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting, including business processes and security groups, with a proven ability to translate complex hiring practices into technical requirements.
- Proven ability in designing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, mapping system workflows, and authoring comprehensive Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications.
- Deep understanding of regional hiring practices and regulatory frameworks within the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) region.
