POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting inventory operations, warehouse process optimization, business analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role partners with operations, supply chain, finance, and field teams to improve inventory accuracy, drive process compliance, enhance CRM utilization, and provide meaningful business insights through reporting and analysis. The Business Analyst will lead projects, develop operational controls, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate inventory activities across warehouse and field locations.
  • Monitor and manage open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and inventory availability.
  • Perform inventory shrink analysis, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Create, implement, document, and audit warehouse operating procedures and controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and drive process consistency.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Serve as the primary CRM subject matter expert for field operations.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed to support warehouse operations, process audits, training, and project implementation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
