Must Have Skills: Role Purpose We require an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support RAMS Day 2 Decommissioning activities across applications, infrastructure, data archival, and technology retirement work streams. The role will facilitate business and technical analysis to safely retire legacy platforms, reduce technology footprint, and ensure compliance with regulatory and retention obligations.

  • Demonstrated experience in application decommissioning,

separation, migration, or technology rationalisation programs.

  • Strong understanding of system integrations, databases, APIs, file

transfers, and infrastructure dependencies.

  • Experience in data archival, retention, compliance, and records

management processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation

skills.

Experience working within complex banking or financial services environments preferred

engagement.

  • Support CAB approvals, audit evidence collection, and operational

handover activities.
