We're now looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to take ownership of the technical platform, guide the development team, and help shape the future of Salesforce across the organisation.

About the role

As Salesforce Tech Lead, you'll combine technical leadership, hands-on development, and platform ownership in a role with significant impact across the business.

You'll act as the technical bridge between stakeholders and the development team, helping transform business needs into robust, scalable solutions while ensuring high standards in architecture, delivery, security, and DevOps practices.

This is a leadership role, but one where you'll remain close to the technology. You'll contribute directly to development, coach team members, and drive technical decisions that improve both platform capabilities and engineering ways of working.

As emerging technologies such as AI and intelligent automation continue to evolve, you'll also have the opportunity to explore how modern platform capabilities can create new business value and improve developer productivity.

What you'll do

Lead the Salesforce platform

• Own the technical direction and long-term development of the Salesforce platform

• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions

• Evaluate and implement new Salesforce capabilities and platform improvements

• Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance

Drive development and delivery

• Lead technical projects from solution design through deployment

• Remain hands-on with Salesforce development and configuration

• Support integrations, custom development, and platform enhancements

• Coordinate releases and ensure high-quality technical delivery

Strengthen engineering practices

• Drive DevOps adoption across the development lifecycle

• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes

• Promote code quality, maintainability, and documentation

• Support modern development approaches, automation, and innovation

Lead and develop the team

• Coach and mentor developers, administrators, and consultants

• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

• Support team growth through technical leadership and feedback

Partner with the business

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Support strategic initiatives that increase the value of the Salesforce platform

• Help identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and innovation

What we're looking for

Required

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and integrations

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Engineering Lead, or Manager

• Experience mentoring or leading development teams

• Strong communication skills in English

Meriting

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect certifications

• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs

• Experience with middleware and integration platforms

• Experience working in fast-paced product and technology environments

• Swedish language skills
