The Finance Analyst supports key accounting and financial reporting activities, including month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role partners closely with Operations and Finance teams to provide accurate reporting, investigate variances, and support continuous improvement initiatives that drive informed business decisions.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze budget, forecast, and variance reports, providing insights to management on financial performance
- Partner with Field Operations Managers and Superintendents to investigate and explain expense variances
- Assist with year‑end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis for operations and corporate stakeholders
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting month‑end deadlines
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, with up to 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communicator who can collaborate successfully within a team and build strong working relationships across the organization
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
