Position Summary

The ERP Business Analyst leads the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of the organization's Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. This role collaborates with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations to assess business needs, define requirements, and implement NetSuite solutions that improve process efficiency, automation, and compliance.

The Analyst serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that the ERP system delivers scalable, secure, and high-value outcomes. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational excellence as Applied Digital continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to gather and translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations. Design, implement, and optimize NetSuite modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Document system architecture, process flows, and user training materials. Manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms, APIs, and SuiteApps. Monitor system performance, user activity, and key KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide onboarding and ongoing training to ERP users while promoting best practices across departments. Serve as the liaison between Applied Digital and external ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers. Support audit readiness by conducting quarterly user access reviews and annual user role evaluations. Assist GRC teams and auditors by facilitating walkthroughs and providing compliance documentation as requested. Enforce ERP-related policies, access controls, and process standards across the enterprise. Lead NetSuite upgrade cycles and ensure backward compatibility of customizations. Promote adoption of newly released NetSuite features and drive continuous automation initiatives. Troubleshoot ERP issues, escalate when appropriate, and manage ticket resolution lifecycles. Utilize ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and other tools to manage and track project status and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. -5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle NetSuite ERP systems. -In-depth knowledge of NetSuite core modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts -Receivable (AR), and Procurement. -Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder. -Experience integrating NetSuite with NetAsset, NetLoan, NetLease, and third-party APIs. -Proficiency in project management, preferably using Agile methodologies. -Experience with project tracking tools such as ServiceNow and Smartsheet. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/dashboarding tools. -Familiarity with ERP-related risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks.
